So Im back from not having posted in a couple months. So many good things have been happening since those couple months. I am totally in awe of what God is doing in my life, and He is continually doing in my chapter of InterVarsity at VCU. For most of you all who don't know me, I have been doing performing arts since the third grade. I grew up in a family who would sing, dance and act all the time. I also told myself I would give it a break, since it is a lot harder to do in college; and it is a huge passion of mine not something I could do for a living. Well at least that is what I thought. Im supposed to be glorifying God with everything I do. Not only is my passion for the performing arts still a huge part of my life and just as huge as my passion for helping college students,but I can incorporate both together.
Over the past few months, I have been listening to certain songs and even just walking around campus get crazy and awesome ideas of set designs, dances and acts, I could use to further my mission in InterVarsity and reaching my campus. So now that is my plan, to use the gifts God has instill in me with , not to just keep these certain gifts in my head; but to show my campus. Now more then ever is the time to start stepping out of my comfort zone, and see where things takes me.
